How often do sessions take place?

Once a week, I will endeavour to have your appointment on the same day and time each week in-person or online.

How long do I have to participate for?
This varies from person to person depending on what issues you are bringing to our work together. Most people opt for an initial 6 sessions and then we review from there.

How much does it cost?
A session lasts 50 minutes. A full-cost session is €70.00 and this is negotiable for those with a reduced income.

How do I pay for my sessions?
Sessions are paid for at the end of each individual session by cash/debit/credit card, using Apple Pay/Google Pay/Revolut or Bank Transfer. Clients can also opt to pay for their session online securely via the website.

Do you have Cancellation fees?
48 hours notice is required for the cancellation of an appointment, otherwise you may be liable for the full fee for that session. Missed appointments are also liable for a full cancellation fee. This will be explained at the beginning of our work together.

Age of Clients
I currently only work with adults. I may refer to colleagues for particular support needs.
