Counselling & Psychotherapy

Counselling and Psychotherapy is a confidential & professional service for people who are looking for support for a wide range of concerns. It provides a regular time and place to explore your feelings and talk about your problems, challenges and fears in a safe space.

A therapist supports you to develop better ways of coping, facilitate healing and can provide a structured support in assisting you as the client to bring about change in your life. Sometimes just talking to someone confidentially who is not a friend or family member can make all the difference.

Areas of interest (include, but not limited to): Gender, Sexual, and Relationship Diversity (GSRD), LGBTI+, anxiety, stress, depression, relationship difficulties, loneliness and isolation, grief and loss.

Life & Wellness Coaching

A Coaching session can assist you in identifying your personal values and goals. Working collaboratively, we seek to understand and transform your aspirations for change into meaningful action. You can gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your behaviours, and improve your relationship with yourself in many different facets of your life.

Our work will focus on what you want most from life. The focus may be on managing stress, reducing anxiety, solving problems, or focusing on areas that are meaningful to you.
